When AstigVegan asked me to participate in their 'Vegans Around the World' series by sharing some reviews or recipes, I was excited but nervous. While I love to eat, I'm hardly a talented cook.  But since I transitioned to a veg(etari)an lifestyle, I've expanded my repertoire with some fool-proof recipes that I was more than happy to share with my twitter pals and their readers.
